What payment methods can I use?

Mercer offers the following payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Visa & MasterCard.

Why was my credit card declined?

Your card may have been declined if it has expired, the card limit has been reached, or payment details were entered incorrectly. We recommend contacting your bank if the issue persists.

What should I do if I see a double charge?

If you notice a duplicate charge on your statement, please contact your bank for clarification. You may also reach out to Mercer Customer Care at support@mercer-retail.com.

Can I pay in-store when I receive my order?

Payment must be completed online or through Cash on Delivery (COD) to confirm your order. In-store payment is not available for delivered orders.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the Mercer website?

Yes. All card payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Visa and MasterCard transactions are verified through Safe Electronic Commerce (SEC) protocols. If authentication is not approved, the order will be canceled automatically for your security.
